Very Rare Mid Century A.H. McIntosh Teak Sideboard. Circa 1960's

A very rare design of a teak sideboard manufactured by A.H. McIntosh of Kirkcaldy.
This is a beautiful example of mid century Scottish furniture and unusually features two sets of three drawers, with a double door central drinks cupboard.
The left hand set of drawers features a top drawer with fully lined cutlery dividers and the other five being for storage. The two central doors open to reveal a sculptured full width drinks shelf. (there is a small black stain on the bottom shelf, please see photo)
All the drawers feature beautiful solid teak fluted fin handles and the doors have round sculptured pull handles.
This is a beautiful piece of mid century furniture offering a well balanced design and vast amounts of storage.
The sideboard is in excellent vintage condition commensurate with its age.
This craftsman produced item would not look out of place in any modern, vintage or traditional design scheme.
